Builders and manufacturers

Each building gets a permanent ID called a SHIN (StructureHub Identification Number), along with a record of who built it, its serial number and where it was made. When it is sold or moved to another lot, that is added to the same record, so the building's history stays with it.

Dealers and sales lots

Enter your inventory once. It shows up on your website and on any partner site you approve. Every customer inquiry is kept in one place and sent to you by email or straight into your own software. You decide who sees your information, and you can take that permission back at any time.

Website developers and agencies

An application key is a private password your website uses to talk to StructureHub. With one, your site can show live inventory with photos and locations. It can send customer inquiries straight to the right dealer and get notified the moment a new one arrives. Obvious spam is turned away, and a second inquiry from the same person within a day is marked as a likely repeat so the dealer isn't alerted twice.

Investors and partners

Companies in the building industry each keep their records their own way. StructureHub gives them one central place to keep that information and share it with each other. Each company controls its own records and decides exactly who can see them. Nothing is written over. Every change is added as a new entry, so it can be traced back to who made it and when.
