StructureHub Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and LedHux Holdings LLC ("LedHux", "we", "us"), 114 N Main St, Urbana, OH 43078, which provides StructureHub. By using StructureHub you agree to these terms.
The service
StructureHub lets companies in the building industry keep their records, share them with the companies they choose, and receive customer inquiries.
Accounts and keys
Keep your password and application keys private. You are responsible for what is done with your account and your company's keys. Tell us right away if you think someone else has them.
Your records
Your company owns the records it enters. You give us permission to store, process and display them as needed to run StructureHub and to show them to the companies you choose.
Acceptable use
Do not use StructureHub to send spam, to enter false information, to break the law, or to try to get into records you are not allowed to see.
Text-message program
- Program name: StructureHub Alerts.
- What you receive: alerts about new customer inquiries for your company, and account notices such as sign-in and security messages.
- How you join: you choose to receive text messages on your StructureHub account page and enter your mobile number. Agreeing to texts is never required to use StructureHub.
- How often: message frequency varies with how many customer inquiries your company receives.
- Messages are sent from (937) 975-3339.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed.
- For help: reply HELP, or call (937) 975-3339.
- Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Card details are handled by the processor, never stored by StructureHub.
No guarantee
StructureHub is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, LedHux is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using StructureHub at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date.
