StructureHub Privacy Policy

StructureHub is a service of LedHux Holdings LLC ("LedHux", "we", "us"), 114 N Main St, Urbana, OH 43078. This policy explains what information StructureHub collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, the company you work for, and your sign-in details. Passwords are stored only in scrambled form; we cannot read them.
• Company and inventory records your company enters: locations, buildings, prices, photos and similar business records.
• Customer inquiries: when a shopper asks about a building on a website connected to StructureHub, we receive the name, email, phone number and message they send, and pass it to the dealer they contacted.
• Website visits: pages viewed and the type of browser. We do not store visitors' internet addresses with page visits; we use a code that changes every day, so repeat visits can be counted without knowing who anyone is.
• Text-message consent records: if you agree to receive text messages, we record when and how you agreed.

How we use information

• To run StructureHub: sign you in, keep your company's records, and deliver customer inquiries to the right dealer.
• To send the notices you asked for, by email or text message, such as new-inquiry alerts and account notices.
• To keep StructureHub secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties.

Who we share information with

• The companies you choose. Each company controls its own records and decides which other companies can see them.
• Service providers that help us run StructureHub (for example, email and text-message delivery, hosting, and payment processing), only as needed to provide the service.
• When the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

• We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us.
• You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

Your choices

• You can see and correct your account information on your account page.
• You can ask us to delete your personal information by calling (937) 975-3339 or writing to the address above. Some business records must be kept by law; in that case we remove your name and contact details from them.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections. Records are never written over; every change is added as a new entry, so it can be traced.

Children

StructureHub is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
